Use your weak foot and hand in training and eventually you'll be able to use it in a match, play with your head up. |

A lot of great coaches from the club as a younger player. My Dad (Fearghal), My Grandfather's, Ciaran Brennan, Davy Irvine, Tony Donnelly, Michael Kelly and Paul Monaghan to name a few! |

Get your weaker foot up to scratch (The younger you start this the better) - best advice I have ever received. |

It means lining out for St Pauls with my team mates every Friday working hard to get the win, kicking a couple of scores (hopefully) and enjoying it where possible. |
