Any advice for younger players Use your weak foot and hand in training and eventually you'll be able to use it in a match, play with your head up.

Any pre-match routine Just getting out on to the pitch and kicking the ball about. Cleaning out the system with a ‘pre-match’ is always important too
Biggest influence on your GAA career A lot of the coaching panel I’ve had the privilege working with during my underage times but particularly Marty Mac, B-Dawg and Davy Irvine.
Career ambitions Promotion and plenty more silverware with St. Pauls
Any advice for younger players Make sure you are always enjoying yourself but work hard at the same time
What does the GAA mean to you The weekly routine of training on Wednesdays and then the matches on Friday particularly at home at MacNamee is what it’s all about

Most memorable GAA moment The Dublin Kerry Semi Final a couple of years ago was a great game. Down's run to the All Ireland Final was also good craic in 2010 getting down to the Hill to support.
Favourite food Trying my very best to eat clean at the moment, hard to beat a good steak. I would have three or four Boojum's a week so they would need a mention.
Favourite drink Cappuccino
Any pre-match routine I like to sit in the same seat when we play at home closest to the shower, apart from that just chill out and make sure I don't eat too much to close too the game.
Biggest influence on your GAA career A lot of great coaches from the club as a younger player. My Dad (Fearghal), My Grandfather's, Ciaran Brennan, Davy Irvine, Tony Donnelly, Michael Kelly and Paul Monaghan to name a few!
Career ambitions To win as much as possible with St Pauls!
Any advice for younger players Get your weaker foot up to scratch (The younger you start this the better) - best advice I have ever received.
What does the GAA mean to you It means lining out for St Pauls with my team mates every Friday working hard to get the win, kicking a couple of scores (hopefully) and enjoying it where possible.
Favourite GAA player Marty Clarke the year he took Down to an All Ireland was mesmerising, also a huge Colm Cooper fan.
